English Conversation Group

The English Conversation Group is open to all OUNC members who would like to practice and improve their spoken English in a relaxed and friendly environment. Sessions are informal, supportive, and a great opportunity to build confidence and meet other newcomers.

Participation is free of charge, no registration required.

Needlecraft Group

This group meets once a week for those wishing to do various needle crafts - such as knitting, cross-stitch work, crochet. Meetings are held in the home of the Group leader.

Book Group

Evening meetings are held three times a term when members discuss a particular book. A list of previously discussed books can be seen here.

Singing Group

Come join our non-auditioning, social Singing Group! You do not need any prior singing experience - just an interest in singing! We welcome singers of all voice ranges, so please consider coming by for some enjoyment with music-making.

Parent & Toddler Group

Come join our Baby & Toddler Group! A place for pre-school aged children to play together and parents to relax and chat. We meet Wednesday mornings during term times.
Allotment group

Allotment group

The allotment group welcomes everyone interested to see and/or lend a hand on the allotment at Cripley Meadow (Jericho).

Gatherings will be announced in advance and happen between March and October (also outside of term).

It is also possible to go to the allotment outside of official gatherings.

Please note: The group is run through a WhatsApp group.
